V + 어서/아서/여서 V+ 도록 하겠습니다.

It is used when the speaker promises to assure the listener of his promise that he will make sure of his behavior in work-related official situations. To add trust to the promise, the speaker uses ‘-어서/아서/여서’ when he explains the procedure of the action.

For ‘-어서/아서/여서’, if the stem of an action verb ends with ‘ㅏ, ㅗ’, you use ‘-아서’, with another vowel(ㅓ, ㅜ, ㅡ, ㅣ) you use ‘-어서’. If it ends with ‘하-‘, you use ‘-여(해)서’.’-도록 하겠습니다’ is attached to the stem of an action verb.

최대한 빨리 확인을 해서 연락을 하도록 하겠습니다.
I’ll check it as soon as possible and get in touch with you.

제가 그곳에 직접 가서 상황을 정리하도록 하겠습니다.
I’ll go there myself and sort things out.

지금 바로 거래처에 전화해서 일을 처리하도록 하겠습니다.
I’ll call the client right away and get things done.

여보세요. 프런트죠? 여기 2004호인데 방을 바꾸고 싶어요.
Hello. Is this the front desk? This is room 2004 and I’d like to change my room.

네, 고객님. 무슨 문제가 있습니까?
Yes, madam. Is there a problem?

누가 방에서 담배를 피웠나 봐요. 방에서 담배 냄새가 나요.
Someone must have smoked in the room. The room smells like cigarettes.

냄새 때문에 환기하려고 했는데 창문도 잘 안 열려요.
I tried to ventilate because of the smell, but even the window won’t open.

죄송합니다. 저희 직원을 바로 그 방으로 보내서 상황을 파악하도록 하겠습니다.
I’m sorry. We will send our staff directly to the room to figure out what happened.
