N은/는 N이/가 A어요/아요/여요.

It is similar to ‘N의 N이/가 A어요/아요/여요.’ in meaning. When the noun in front of ‘의’ is the topic or theme of the sentence, ‘은/는’ is used instead of ‘의’.
