N을/를 막론하고
It is attached to a noun to mean that all subjects are included no matter what they are. You should use words that are constructed with contrastive meanings such as ‘남녀노소, 동서양, 여야’ for the antecedent noun. It is usually used in written language.

이 청소기는 가볍고 사용법도 간단해서 남녀노소를 막론하고 사용할 수 있습니다.
This vacuum is light and easy to use men and women of all ages can use it.

사과는 동서양을 막론하고 즐겨 먹는 과일이다.
Apple is a favorite fruit in both East and West.

여야를 막론하고 노인 복지를 위한 예산을 늘리는 데 찬성하였다.
Both the ruling and opposition parties agreed to increase the budget for the welfare of the elderly.
