It is usually used in close relationships to ask the listener’s intention to do an action with slight respect.
여기에 앉으실래요?
Would you like to sit here?

Would you like to use this if you need it?
Conversation:
우리 내일 오후에 출발하지요? 저는 회사에서 일을 끝내고 갈게요.

Would you like to come directly to the train station?
네, 바로 갈게요.
