국내 최대 규모 쇼핑 행사인 ‘2024 코리아세일페스타’가 이달 9∼30일 열린다. The country’s largest shopping event Korea Sale Festa will run from Nov. 9-30.
산업통상자원부는 ‘국가대표 쇼핑축제 2024 코리아세일페스타(코세페)’가 이달 9일부터 30일까지 22일간 공식 개최된다고 1일 밝혔다. The Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy on Nov. 1 said the nation’s leading shopping festival this year will run for 22 days.
자동차·가전 등 일부 업종은 공식 개막에 앞서 1일부터 코세페 할인을 시작했다. A presale of cars and home appliances also began on Nov. 1.
올해 코세페에는 역대 최대규모인 2600여개 유통·제조·서비스 기업이 참여한다. 참여품목별로는 생필품(식품·패션·의류·완구·생활용품), 내구소비재(자동차·가전·타이어), 문화·레저(숙박·놀이공원·학습지·외식업·영화관) 등이 포함됐다.
An estimated 2,600 companies in distribution, manufacturing and the service sector are participating in this year’s festival, the largest in the event’s history. The featured items include daily necessities like food, fashion, clothing, toys, and household goods, consumer durables such as cars, home appliances and tires, and culture and leisure products such as lodging, amusement parks, learning materials, restaurants and cinemas.
1일부터 진행하는 자동차 할인 행사에는 현대차와 기아가 참여한다. 현대·기아차는 지난해보다 할인차종을 확대(현대차 24종, 기아차 8종)하고 할인율도 높였다.
The country’s two leading carmakers — Hyundai Motor and Kia Corp. — on Nov. 1 launched a sale. Both have expanded the number and rate of discount on models — 24 for Hyundai and eight for Kia — from last year’s event.
삼성전자, LG전자 등 가전 업계는 TV·냉장고·세탁기·모바일 기기·오디오·청소기 등 다양한 품목에서 할인에 나선다. 삼성전자는 총 15개 품목, LG전자는 총 12개 품목을 대상으로 할인행사를 선보일 예정이다.
Samsung Electronics and LG Electronics are offering discounts on a range of items such as TVs, refrigerators, washers, mobile devices, audio equipment and vacuum cleaners. Samsung has specials on 15 products and LG 12.
특히 올해는 한화리조트·대명소노펠리체 등 숙박업계와 롯데월드 등 놀이공원, 교원·윙크 등 학습지 업계가 신규로 참여했다.
This year’s event also has new participants in the lodging companies Hanwha Resort and Daemyung Sono Felice, amusement park Lotte World, and learning material makers Kyowon and Wink.
