어쩌면 그렇게 V/A+ 어요/아요/여요?

It is used to tell in admiration that a newly recognized behavior or condition is very so. ‘그렇게’ can be replaced with ‘이렇게 or ‘저렇게’ depending on what the speaker is indicating. The action verb is often used with an adverb such as ‘잘, 자주’.

If the last letter of the action verb or a descriptive verb ends with ‘ㅏ, ㅗ’ you should use ‘-아요?’, if it ends with other vowels (ㅓ,ㅜ,ㅡ,ㅣ), you use ‘-어요’. If it ends with ‘하-‘, you should use ‘-여요(해요)?’.

요리를 배운 지 한 달 밖에 안 됐는데 어쩌면 그렇게 요리를 잘 하세요?
It’s only been a month since you learned to cook. How come you’re so good at cooking?

저 의사 선생님은 어쩌면 그렇게 불친절하지? 항상 얼굴을 찡그리고 있는 것 같아.
How could that doctor be so unkind? Seems like he is always frowning.

엄마, 집 주변이 어쩜 이렇게 달라졌어요? 집을 못 찾아올 뻔했어요.
Mom, how could the neighborhood become so different? I almost couldn’t find my house.
