이미향이 8년 8개월 만에 미국여자프로골프(LPGA) 투어 정상에 올라 통산 세 번째 우승을 차지했다.
Lee Mi Hyang has won her third title on the U.S. LPGA Tour and her first in eight years and eight months.
이미향은 8일 중국 하이난성 젠레이크 블루베이 골프코스(파72·6712야드)에서 열린 블루베이 LPGA 최종 4라운드에서 1오버파 73타를 기록했다.
She recorded on March 8 a 1-over-par 73 in the final round to win the Blue Bay LPGA at Jian Lake Blue Bay Golf Course on Hainan Island of China.
최종 합계 11언더파 277타를 적어낸 이미향은 중국의 장웨이웨이(10언더파 278타)를 한 타 차로 제치고 우승했다. 이번 대회 우승 상금은 39만 달러(약 5억 8000만 원)다.
With a combined score of 11-under 277, Lee won the event by a stroke over China’s Zhang Weiwei (10-under 278), earning the winner’s prize money of USD 390,000 (KRW 580 million).
한편 김아림과 최혜진이 7언더파 281타로 공동 5위에 이름을 올렸고, 황유민은 1언더파 287타 공동 18위를 기록했다.
Kim A-lim and Choi Hye-jin tied for fifth at 7-under 281, while Hwang Yu-min tied for 18th at 1-under 287.
