Imagine walking through a vast garden completely covered in white flowers. The 19th Jeongeup Chrysanthemum Flower Festival (제19회 정읍 구절초 꽃축제) will take place from October 8-18, 2026, at Gujeolcho Garden (구절초정원) in Jeongeup, Jeollabuk-do (전북 정읍).
The festival covers an enormous 380,000㎡ garden – equivalent to more than 50 soccer fields. Around 150,000㎡ of white Gujeolcho chrysanthemums (구절초) bloom beneath more than 3,000 pine trees, creating a spectacular autumn landscape.
Visitors can explore five garden areas, along with a suspension bridge (#출렁다리), waterfall, ecological wetland and viewpoints.

The festival also features concerts, traditional performances, food and hands-on activities such as flower-making experiences and a Gujeolcho warm-water foot bath (구절초 온수 족욕).
