V+ 을/ㄹ 수 있다

It is used to express that there is an ability or possibility to do something. 
When the verb stem ends in a consonant, use ‘-을 수 있다’, when it ends in a vowel, use ‘ -ㄹ 수 있다’.
한국 신문을 읽을 수 있습니다.
I can read Korean newspapers.
저는 피아노를 칠 수 있어요.
I can play the piano.
홈페이지에서 예약할 수 있어요.
I can make a reservation on the website.
