N이/가 V/A아요.(V/A아요?)

It is used to describe the state or action of a subject. ‘-아요’ is an informal polite ending suffix used in a declarative, interrogative, imperative, or suggestion sentence in regular conversation. When the action or descriptive verb stem ends in ‘ㅏ,ㅑ,ㅗ’, use ‘-아요’.
제 동생 자요.
My younger brother/sister is sleeping.
기분아요. I feel good.
싸요? Is the price cheap?
Conversation:
유양 씨의 집은 어디예요?
Ms. Yooyang, where do you live?
바로 저기예요. I live right there.
집이 어때요? How is your house?
아요. My house is small.
