A+ 은/ㄴ가요?
It is used to ask the other person softly.

‘-나요’ is used after an action verb stem or the stem of ‘있다’, ‘없다’. When a descriptive verb stem ends in a consonant, use ‘-은가요’, and when it ends in a vowel, use ‘ㄴ가요’. ‘인가요’ is used after a noun.

이거 환불 되나요?
Can this be refunded?

지금 기다리는 사람이 많은가요?
Are there many people waiting now?

좀 물어볼 게 있는데 지금 많이 바쁜가요?
I have something to ask, but are you busy now?
