V/A+ 으십니까/십니까?

It is used to formally ask something of the listener with respect. When the noun comes, use ‘이십니까’. ‘-으십니까/십니까’ is a formal expression of ‘-으세요/세요’, and ‘이십니까’ is a formal expression of ‘이세요’.

When the verb stem ends in a vowel, use ‘-십니까’, and when the verb stem ends in a consonant, use ‘-으십니까’. 
커피에 설탕을 넣으십니까?
Would you like to put some sugar in your coffee?
어디로 신혼여행을 가십니까?
Where do you go on a honeymoon?
무엇이 필요하십니까?
What do you need?
Conversation:
차 한 잔 드릴까요?
Would you like to have a cup of tea?
