V/A+ 을/ㄹ 리가 없다

It is attached to the stem of an action verb or a descriptive verb to mean there’s no possibility or reason to do so.

영수는 약속이 많으니까 오늘 같은 휴일에 집에 있을 리가 없어.
Youngsoo can’t stay home on a holiday like today because he makes a lot of appointments.

지금 시간은 차가 안 막힐 리가 없으니 좀 늦게 출발합시다.
The traffic must be tied up right now, so let’s leave a little late.

리에는 열심히 공부했으니까 불합격했을 리가 없어요.
Rie couldn’t have failed because he studied hard.
