정동극장 상설 벼룩시장은 필요한 물건을 구할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 여러 나라의 문화를 체험할 수 있는 곳이다. 이곳은 다른 벼룩시장보다 규모는 작지만 여러 나라 사람들이 참가하여 생활에 필요한 물건들을 구경하고 싼값에 살 수 있다는 것이 장점이다.
이곳은 외국인들이 자주 찾기 때문에 인형이나 찻잔 등 실용적인 물건이 많이 있다. 여기에 가면 특이한 물건을 싸게 살 수 있을 뿐 아니라 함께 진행되는 풍물놀이나 음악 연주를 감상할 수 있고, 거리의 화가들까지 볼 수 있어서 더욱 좋다. 정동극장 상설 벼룩시장은 매주 토요일과 일요일 낮 12시부터 오후 5시까지 열린다.
